Can I ship my collection to you?
Yes. Request a Ship and Convert quote first. Confirm the receiving address, accepted formats, packing instructions, shipping charges, and return arrangements before mailing your originals.
Can I bring my collection in instead?
Yes. Our facilities are in Tacoma and Lynnwood, Washington, and Meridian in the Boise area of Idaho. If one is convenient for you, bring your collection during our posted business hours.
Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees—just simple, upfront pricing. Your quote should identify conversion, shipping, and the delivery or storage options you choose before work begins.
How do I receive my digital files?
Ask about Liberty Cloud for viewing, downloading, and sharing, or a thumb drive for offline storage. Confirm the options and any associated costs in your quote.
How should I pack my originals?
Make a numbered inventory. Use protective cases or sleeves, cushion the collection inside a sturdy box, and include your contact and project information. Confirm any special packing requirements with the team and retain tracking.
