What resolution do you scan photos at?
The current standard photo-scanning resolution is 400 DPI, with higher resolutions available. Confirm your preferred resolution and any additional costs in the quote.
Can I ship my collection to you?
Yes. Request a Ship and Convert quote first. Confirm the receiving address, accepted formats, packing instructions, shipping charges, and return arrangements before mailing your originals.
Can I bring my collection in instead?
Yes. Our facilities are in Tacoma and Lynnwood, Washington, and Meridian in the Boise area of Idaho. If one is convenient for you, bring your collection during our posted business hours.
