Is MicroMV the same as Mini DV?
No. They are different tape formats and require different playback equipment. Include a photo or description of your tape label if you are unsure which format you have.
Can I ship my collection to you?
Yes. Request a Ship and Convert quote first. Confirm the receiving address, accepted formats, packing instructions, shipping charges, and return arrangements before mailing your originals.
Can I bring my collection in instead?
Yes. Our facilities are in Tacoma and Lynnwood, Washington, and Meridian in the Boise area of Idaho. If one is convenient for you, bring your collection during our posted business hours.
